In 2011, Ben and Roger got together with the intention of forming a punk band which sounded like everything they grew up listening too, mixed with what they like about current music. In early 2012 it became clear that GarageBand wasn't an acceptable alternative for a real drummer, so went out to find a rhythm section. Matt and Kyle were added in short order and the band set about getting ready for their first gig, at The Mill in Kingston, in June 2012. Since then, Resuscitators have been lucky enough to play all over the country, and share the stage with many great bands including: The Senton Bombs, Giants, Arse Full of Chips, Anonymous Tip and the amazing Off With Their Heads - as well as loads of others.
